Information on payment by credit card and return of goods
1. Description of the payment and data transfer process
When paying for an order with a credit card, payment processing (including entering the card number) occurs on the secure page of the processing system, which has passed international certification. This means that your confidential data (card details, registration data, etc.) do not go to the online store, their processing is completely protected and no one, including our online store cannot receive personal and bank data of a client.
When working with card data, the information security standard developed by international payment systems is applied. Visa and MasterCard - Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which ensures safe processing of the details of the Bank Card of the Holder. The applied data transfer technology guarantees the security of transactions with Bank cards by using protocols TLS (Transport Layer Security), Verified by Visa, Secure Code, and closed banking networks with the highest degree of protection.
In the event of a refund, the funds are returned to the same card with which payment was made.

2. Description of the payment process
When choosing a form of payment using a plastic card, payment for the order is made immediately after its execution. After completing the order in our store, you will have to click on the “Payment by credit card” button, and the system will switch you to the authorization server page where you will be asked to enter the plastic card data, initiate its authorization, and then return to our store with the button "Return to the store."
After you return to our store, the system will notify you of the authorization results. In case of authorization confirmation, your order will be automatically executed in accordance with the conditions set by you. In case of refusal to authorize the card, you can repeat the payment procedure.
3. When canceling an order
In the event of a refund, the funds are returned to the same card with which payment was made. The refund to the card is carried out within 14 days from the date of provision of the full bank details of the client's card.
4. Return of goods
Food Returns
If you find a food product of inadequate quality, let us know within 12 hours after receiving it. Take a picture of the product, indicate the exact name, order number and send it with comments to info@coffee-tea.ru.
We will contact you and return the money.
Inadequate quality food products include:
1. Unsuitable for intended use,
2. Defective and / or deficient (violation of mandatory product requirements)
3. Not relevant to the description on the site,
4. Expired,
5. Delivered with broken packaging
Good quality food items are not refundable or exchangeable.
Non-Food Returns
Non-food products of good quality can be returned within 14 days under the laws of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, we accept non-food goods of good quality for return only if these goods were not in use, their consumer properties, factory labels and presentation are preserved. Please present your passport, sales receipt or cash register at the time of return.
Other restrictions on the return of non-food goods of good quality are regulated by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 19, 1998 No. 55 (The list of non-food goods of good quality, not subject to return and exchange for similar goods of other sizes, shapes, dimensions, styles, colors and packaging).
